• The sponsored company gets back the TRC and want to cancel it: For those who are under working temporary resident card (categorized as LD type), the sponsored company is in charged of registration and responsibility for the stay of TRC holders in Vietnam. Therefore, in case the workers have no longer worked for that company, the sponsored company will get back the TRC and submit to cancel it. In this case, TRC holders must submit for visa extension before the sponsored company submit TRC cancellation.
• Loss of temporary resident card: The card’s holders must declare loss report at local police and submit visa extension basing on TRC validation.
