In these days, “the express service” is just applicable for Visa On Arrival with tourism purpose. This is also the only way to get visa and visit Vietnam in this period. If you are going to apply for business visa, you will be needing to do it after Tet holiday.
Step 1: Access this link https://www.vietnam-evisa.com/apply/ to complete the online application form and choose the type of visa: tourist purpose, the length of stay, single or multiple entry…
Step 2: In this form, remember to choose “the express service”. There are only 2 options for the express service:
Visa On Arrival | The express service | The extra fee |
Tourism purpose | 8 working hours (1 day) | 120 USD |
4 working hours | 170 USD | |
Business purpose | Not applicable |
Step 3: You will be required to do the online payment included the visa application fee and the extra fee of the express service.
Step 4: After waiting for a few hours, the approval letter will be sent to your email. In rushed cases, you can also use your cellphone to present this letter for boarding the airplane. However, it would be better if you can print it out to make sure that there will be no sudden trouble.
Step 5: After arrival, the last step is to get the visa stamp at Vietnam airports. In Tet holiday, the Visa On Arrival counters still work 24/7, so you can get visa easily.
