The idea of the design of Bitexco Financial Tower is inspired by the graceful image of the bud of lotus flower, the symbol of Vietnamese culture. The building is a symbol of the dynamics of Ho Chi Minh City during the period of economic integration.
The image of the bud of lotus has been chosen instead of the lotus image because it is slim and elegant in shape and convey the meaning of “rising”, expressing the traditional culture of the Vietnamese people.
