Citizens of Denmark won’t need a visa if stay for less than 15 days. A gap of at least 30 days between two visa-free visits is required.

At present, there are 3 options to obtain a visa for visiting Vietnam from Denmark. Citizens of Denmark or citizens of other countries who are in Denmark can follow below instructions to get a visa for visiting Vietnam.
From Jan 2017, the Government of Vietnam has officially launched e-visa application program. Until now, citizens of 80 countries, including citizens of Denmark can apply for e-visa at the official website of the government.
Please note that e-visa is valid for 30 days with single entry, in case you want to visit Vietnam for more than 30 days or want a visa with multiple entries, please choose option 2 or 3 to get a visa.

Unlike visa on arrival of some countries in the world, in order to get visa on arrival of Vietnam, Danish passport holders must have a visa approval letter from the Immigration Department of Vietnam which allows to pick up your visa on arrival at the international airport of Vietnam.
